HAYSA Hardship Fund
Holbrook Avon Youth Soccer Association (HAYSA) is proud to offer a Hardship Fund for families facing financial difficulties. It is our policy that no child should be denied the opportunity to play soccer due to a family's financial situation.
In challenging times — whether due to job loss, health concerns, or other hardships — families may request assistance with league fees. HAYSA is run entirely by volunteers, and we ask that at least one parent commit to volunteering during the season. Failure to fulfill this commitment may result in forfeiture of the assistance.
📬 How It Works
- Requests are handled confidentially
- Parents submit a brief application to the HAYSA Treasurer
- Include basic player/family info and a short description of the financial need
- Submission deadlines:
- Fall: August 24
- Spring: November 15
- Decisions are made before the season begins
- We aim to meet every request, though full funding is not guaranteed
Once a decision is made, families will be notified of the amount granted and next steps.
