Anyone wishing to be involved in HAYSA must submit a CORI.

That means that all HAYSA board members, team coaches, assistant coaches and volunteers must submit a CORI.

At this time, if you wish to assist us in anyway, a CORI check must be performed.

To do this, register on our website as "Adult Board and Volunteer Registration". Have your license and a headshot pic available when registering.

Everyone associated with HAYSA must do a CORI check every 2 years.
